I applied online. I interviewed at Sportsdata in Mar 2023
Interview
Throughout the whole interview process, they treat you like a five-year old who can barely read. All the people I faced had an attitude and passive aggressiveness with any questions you might have. At the end you have a Skype interview with zero upfront information what will it be about. Basically, it is just to confirm you are the right person, and they ask you a couple of questions from the handbook you are supposed to read. Again, very robotic approach, zero opportunity for you to ask any questions and rude interviewer. Furthermore, there is pretty much zero guidance and zero help to meet their ridiculous requirements and if you miss just one small thing, you are automatically rejected without any explanation. Overall, a huge waste of time and the company doesn't treat candidates as humans. Try to avoid.
