Spotlas interview questions

Incredibly incompetent bunch of people, lacking social skills and basic decency. It was an absolute circus. I applied for a job that required completing a task to a high standard, which I did. I then went through two interviews, both of which were scheduled at unsociable hours, with a month-long break in between each interview. They continuously rescheduled to suit their own needs, with no respect to the candidate. They claimed to be too "busy" to allow more than 15 minutes for each interview, leaving very little time for questions. I had to go through a lengthy process that took nearly 3 months, and cost me a few other job opportunities, only to be repeatedly ignored and ghosted until they decided it was convenient for them to reply, if they even bothered to do so. There was no feedback. I had to constantly follow up just to stay informed. It was a complete lack of respect. They have no idea what they're doing. A 5-year old would be better suited to run a company than all of them are. The interview questions were incredibly generic, indicating a lack of preparation. When I tried to engage in a conversation about their company, they shut me down saying they didn't have time to talk anymore. It's laughable. These individuals are nothing but a bunch of jokes. So unless you're looking for a real-life comedy show, I suggest to steer clear of them. Better put on Ricky Gervais and spare yourself disappointment. I showed commitment throughout this incredibly lengthy recruitment process, while they showed absolutely nothing but disrespect. The ghosting, false promises, and then ghosting again had a severely negative impact on me. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior before. They're not only incompetent and clueless but disrespectful to the core as well, and should never be involved in this industry. If it weren't for the financial funding from the former footballer founder, they would have fallen flat on their faces long ago. They are a disgrace to the industry. I'd feel highly embarrassed to work with them, so I'm grateful that I didn't have to after all. They are a group of children playing adult games. It's a complete joke. Wasted my time without providing anything in return, not even a final feedback. I strongly advise avoiding them, unless you want to experience the regret of not doing so.

3-4 step interview process. Average difficulty, quite quick so I didn’t feel like I was working a full day just to do an interview. Zero unfair hierarchy and great transparency and communication. Enjoyable process.
