I love Sprouts which is why I applied for work, very nice interview and supervisor, however in the background process took 3.5 weeks then when asked questions to what caused a failed background, no one at store level or in HR could tell me. Background asks for convictions within 7 yrs, no convictions since 1998 (18 yrs clean) and i had a failed background.

I had to wait in store for a while before the interview. I sat in the office with the manager of the store and he asked me basic interview questions. It wasn’t very hard, they’re mostly concerned about availability.
