Phone screen followed by in person interview with store management. Interview seemed to go really well and I never heard back from anybody. Pretty unprofessional for a pretty sizable company.

Very easy process, a lot of the questions were based on prior experience. Generally, if you have experience in managing a perishable department and employee's it is an easy process. I would recommend to have ideas on how to grow sales while developing staff. I prepared by further developing my knowledge of health foods and other alternative diets. The management was easy going and it wasn't a stressful process.

The position I applied for was filled but I was offered a head cashier position instead. The lady who interviewed made me a little nervous but she was very nice. She went above and beyond to make sure I egt paid fairly decent because of my experience, very impressive.The Managers made me feel welcomed and like family. I am very excited about my future with this company
