Very straightforward. Ask about experience, personality, work time. The manager is ok, being nice. Not hard. The interview was short, around 15 mins. Mainly focus on the schedule that if you can work or not.
I was called for interview one day, went the next day and started one week later. Quick and easy! They did a background check and I waited a few days to hear from that but once that came back I met with HR, toured the store and got my schedule.
