Applied on-line. Contact was made by a recruiter Two step process. First with recruiter and then with the hiring manager. Process took a few weeks before I was provided with information if they were moving forward with my application.

i applied online and heard back about three weeks later asking to schedule an interview. it was just one round interview and i was asked for references a week later, and given a verbal offer a few days later
