I thought the interview process was thorough and never felt drawn out. I met with the Owner and manager during my first meeting. Second interview was with a partner and my manager. Communication was great during negotiation time, as well.

Very friendly, welcoming, family owned business. Made a point that they invest in their employees success. Not formal, loved that the interview was more like a conversation. They look for potential not only experience and are very open minded in their interview "conversation".
