StandUp Wireless interview questions

The interview was through Microsoft Teams and there was 4 people from the company conducting the interview. They asked me personal questions about my day to day life and my hobbies. Then they asked about 8 to 10 about why I would be a good fit for the company, to describe an incident where a customer wasn't happy.
