      Remote work Co workers were great Relatively easy job Helping others

      Cons

      No plan for life after ACP. No transparency from management. Would be told “everything is fine, we have a plan” and then agents aren’t being paid and layoffs are happening. But “everything is fine”. Company went bankrupt trying to absorb a competitor and we were given ZERO information. The CEO is a maniac, screaming and flying off the handle every day.
