The whole process includes 5 stages: a personality test, numerical/logical tests, video interview on behavioural questions and a 2-round face-to-face interview with HR and department head. The process is pretty smooth, you will hear the result of each stage either immediately or within a week.

Lots of psychometric tests till you reach the actual interview round, at least 3. Usually get the results back within a day for each tests which takes around 45 mins each to do
