My interview at Starbucks felt more like a friendly conversation than a formal interrogation. The manager was welcoming and asked clear questions about my experience with teamwork, handling difficult customers, and my schedule availability. What stood out was how they genuinely listened to my stories and connected them to the role. It felt like a two-way discussion to see if I was a good fit for their team, which made the experience much more comfortable and positive.
