multiple interviews with HR, and other leaders.. phone interview, meeting with panel, on site job review, another phone interview, another panel meeting.. the process is very long and confusing .. not sure if that was the case with me but it felt like they were very slow on the hiring process
Interview was via phone. The recruiter was nice and very thorough. I followed up but never heard back. It's ok that I wasn't a fit for the role. It's unfortunate that their culture is to ghost prospective partners rather than letting them know they have been deselected.

Many of their questions are asking for a scenario when you did xyz and how it impacted the business or person you were working with. They are looking for very specific examples.

Interview
There was an online interview/assessments prior to being called for an onsite interview.
During the interview, they not only asked standard questions pertaining to multi-unit management but also asked questions about pairing different Starbucks drinks to their food options. They also had me sample several different menu items. I am not a big coffee drinker so this was a challenge for me.
