Reasonable interview process. Usual questions No forms to fill out - they do the writing. They are not really looking for experience as they provide their own training and other employees will chadow you while you work there. They do warn you that its a fast paced job and hours could be almost anytime.

If you wee aware of an employee doing something contrary to comapny policy how would you handle it?
Interview process was quick and simple. The manager had a guide of questions but we also chatted a bit. It made it a comfortable conversation. She was very nice and the store was clean.

Had to do 1 phone interview and 1 in person interview. Basic questions, tell me about yourself, tell me about a time you worked in a team, how would you describe yourself etc

Tell me about a time you worked in a team and the role you played
Easy-going, conversational, friendly. They were understanding and listened well. It was easy to speak to them. However, interviewing in a busy store can get a bit difficult with everyone inside the store.
