I put in the application in person. a week later, the manager called me for an interview. I sat down for a one on one with the manager. During the interview she asked questions like: What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses? Have you ever had a conflict with a coworker? How did you deal with it? She called over the Assistant Manager to ask me a few questions. Pretty straightforward -They just want to get the feel for if you're a friendly and genuine person.

Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
