Single interview with store manager, sitting in the cafe. She read off a screen and typed answers down. She seemed surprised at some of the questions as she read them.

Describe a time in which you and your team were faced with a challenge. How did you overcome it?
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
After applying online they invited me for an online interview that was a group interview then the next stage would have been a one to one digital interview over zoom.

Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
