Applied through the employee referral. The interview was generic. As the job was providing support to sales team so the questions were oriented towards willingness to travel, future plans, why Starcom, details mentioned in CV (projects done) etc. Few questions about NI equipment and LabVIEW.
Second round was on skype with Bangalore team. Same genereic questions.
