I had two interviews, one with HR and one with managers. The interviews went so well that I thought they would give me an offer, but it was an illusive impression. HR's reply shocked me, as they said they moved further with candidates who are "more motivated and excited and whose expectations match more perfectly." Also, I don't think that having "good English skills and international experience" in the 21st century is something you have to repeat to a candidate a few times as it sounds very arrogant.

I got a call from HR on 08.02.22 to discuss about the position, then i got a mail on 15.02.22 from HR for the next round of interview. Gave my interview on 21.02.22 and after that got a mail from HR on 03.03.22 for another round. Next round was held on 07.03.22, and after that there was no response from anyone even after sending follow up mails and calls too. Suddenly, on 21.03.22 received a rejection mail from HR and reason they mentioned shocked me that, "though they have received a very positive image of mine as a candidate but still they can't offer me any position in the company." After that I applied again for the same position, and got a mail from HR for again starting the interview process. I got interviewed on 28.03.22, and the service manager who took my interview mentioned that last time it took a very long time so they will be back to me with the decision in couple of working days, but they showed up after 10 days, again with the rejection mail and this time they had even worst reason to reject. During my interview I told about my future plans, that i want to grow in Staria and do higher level tasks as well. I got rejected bcz my aims and motivation level is high.
