Starry Business Development Analyst interview questions

3 phone interviews (HR, Hiring Manager, HR) followed by an in-person interview with 4 people. The third phone interview was without any notice and I was notified via text by the HR representative that he wanted to speak at that moment. Very unprofessional to not provide any notice whatsoever. The in-person interview went well but I never heard back.
