Scheduling was pretty easy and normal but be aware, after the fist interview, they ask you to do a robust unpaid "Interview Assignment" that included 2 campaign ideas with "as many creative and integrated elements as you would like", "three to five ideas on how we can enhance our website, social media, and email content", and "new marketing opportunities do you think Start Small Think Big should explore in coming year"plus more.

The interview process took roughly 3 months, only to be told after 4 rounds of interviews that the company was undergoing reorganization. They were no longer hiring for the role.

Do you have experience managing a unionized workforce
The interview was with the legal director and was pretty straightforward. Asked about interest in non-profit work and other experiences. It was remote so (lack of) tie to the city was less an issue.
