Startup Grind interview questions

I got on a call with one of the people in charge of projects and we talked about several different projects going on and which ones i would be interested in.

The process of submitting my resume and landing an interview was quite fast! The team seemed genuine and nice, and very transparent/asked good questions about the company. I was moved forward with the process and then was ghosted, even after following up with the hiring manager which is not a good luck. I recommend closing the loop with candidates regardless if they are to be moving forward in the process or not.
