The owner of the independent agency contacted me right away and was very friendly and asked me some questions to see if it would be a fit. Easy questions, very personable. Fair pay and the group sounded very close.

They ask a lot about your personality and how you would handle specific situations. Interview was scheduled fairly quickly and was online. There were 4 people in my interview and a written personality test

Easy fast and efficient. I enjoyed the interviewer and they explained all details of the job description to me in full. I appreciated the information and knowledge the interviewer provided
