So, communication was great before the final interview and just went sour afterwards. I feel they don't respect the time and effort designers put into looking for new roles. Without getting back or at least updating me on the progress of my interview they post the same job again online. So after three interview steps, the least that they can do is to learn a designer know if they got the job or not.

Question 1
The interview was your expected normal interview. I just feel that they disrespect designers but not communicating when someone has gone through 3 different interview steps. The only communication is seeing the same role being posted again online.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Staytus (Dubai) in Sept 2014
Interview
Too long. Took more than 3 months to close the position. They started the process and after 2 meetings, didn't answer back for one month. Then after a month, I heard back from the asking for a technical testing round. After the test, again they called for 1:1 interview with the team lead and took another one month to finalize.
