1 HR screen to set up in person interview, 1 round with engineering supervisor, 1 with engineering manager. 1st round went over resume and basic EE questions. 2nd round was even easier, with just a casual interview with manager to see if you are a good fit.

Interview
Came in for two rounds at their plant. First round was with a senior electrical engineer whom I would be working under. Very easy and laid back interview, just went over my resume and my experience and other behavioral questions. Was told a few days after to come back for a second round interview with their manager. Was easier than the first round, just went over my work experience and more behavioral questions. Was given an offer a few days after.
