Steel Dynamics interview questions

1 HR screen to set up in person interview, 1 round with engineering supervisor, 1 with engineering manager. 1st round went over resume and basic EE questions. 2nd round was even easier, with just a casual interview with manager to see if you are a good fit.

Met with the IT lead and was told about the benefits of the company, what interns do there and asked basic personality questions, then met with the lead software engineer for the technical portion of the interview
