It was a longer interview process than typical with some delays in communication from the companies HR staff at the time. Everyone was kind and welcoming during the interview though, seemed like they all got along well.

Phone screen then in person. The entire interview was spent talking about religion, guns & how difficult the CEO is. I asked about HR processes and was told there really are none in place.
