3. 4 hours Case study related to the job. I was given a case to calculate some numbers in 4 fours and was sent via some PDF sheet and excel table. I was told that I could contact their BD in CC for unanswered questions. However, there was NO ONE in CC and I did not get any replies during the four hours. Next day I received an email to apologize saying the CC is not taken properly and he was in holidays. I considered as very unprofessional.
Two days after I got a feedback call that I was not chosen to move on with the process. What disappointed me was that they did not even spend enough time to review the results (not all the documents I handed in) and it was confirmed when I asked questions about my solution. The logic was right but they evaluated the results based on their standard number, which was not explained during the case. The number depends on the definition of the concept and they obviously did not have a look into the process, even though they said they would take it into consideration. Honestly, I did not see fairness here and proper reaction for their mistakes.
I appreciated the feedback call and his attitude of accepting their mistake. All the processes turn out to be negative to me, because I think a company has to act professional especially in font of the external party.
They are nice und friendly, but it could not compensate the unprofessionalism.
Hope this is understandable und not unexpected for stocard that they receives this comment, because they should take what they react, in my opinion.
