Thorough. Very good process. 3 different interactive interviews. Felt the interviews were relaxed and all relevant and necessary questions. All interviews were done remotely. Everyone was very nice and welcoming.

Interview
Multiple rounds of 1:1 Interviews with administration team, including Clinical Director. Interviews take place via Zoom or alternative telehealth platform. Also meet with direct supervisor if required by licensure. Interview process also allows for follow-up meetings to be scheduled if additional questions arise.

Interview
The interview was with the Human Resource Manager and the Site Owner. They asked many questions and had a nice demeanor throughout the interview. They did not offer me the position, but they did get back to me later that week to confirm their decision to hire another candidate.

They asked about my comfort level with client retention strategies and about my counseling perspective. They asked about prospective hours and clients of interest. They asked about my prior experiences and why I had wanted to be in counseling.
