Interview
The interview process with StormFlag is pretty fair. It initially starts with an interview to talk about yourself and your experience in programmer, why you are choosing games, and just general likes.
From there, it moves to a technical test, then if you pass the test, it'll proceed to one or two more interviews with members of the team and other people of the company.

What interest you into programming and what do you find fun or challenging with programming?
It was straightforward. They talked about you personal experiences on your resume and then give you a technical exam. Overall, the interview process was not stressful and easy to go through.
