Stout Management Company interview questions

It was an unconventional 2nd interview. I interviewed with the person higher than the Regional Manager and he was very intimidating. I first interviewed with the Regional Manager, then her boss as a 2nd interview. I believe first glance, he already didn't like me. But, it is what it is.

This company is not very good with follow-up. I have interviewed with this company on two occasions, both occasions the interviewer said they would get back to me and never did. I called to do a follow-up on both occasions and on both occasions they didn't bother to return the call.
