I spoke with the Director, Client Services, the COO, & CEO. Each for about an hour. Each of them were very pleasant to talk to and very different from one another. It's clear that the COO & CEO take a different approach to the business, but when they are paired together it seems to work. They were candid and forthcoming about the businesses challenges and previewed the role well. The message they gave was that they wanted to grow and needed someone who could think strategically and not be deterred by fast-paced change.
