Very thorough. I went through 3 rounds of cleaning. Showing polishing the knob was key. I was watched through each step but guided to do certain things. The supervisor was very nice and knowledgeable. I would go throuhj the process again.

Interview
To begin there was an aptitude exam with 30 questions. I got 26/30 which included mid-level aptitude questions, some DBMS related questions.
after that there was a group discussion session, in which I personally thought I did a good presentation, but unfortunately was not selected.
