Emailed a CV to them and then had a group interview at their office in Cambridge. The interview consisted of some problem solving activities and questionnaires while we individually taken out short individual interviews.

They gave a questionnaire full of questions related to how to chaperone students.

Interview
It was a group interview with some icebreakers, followed by some smaller team activities and finally a one on one interview. We also had to do a written answer (short) to how we would respond to certain scenarios. It was all very friendly and relaxed.
