The interview process consisted of being contacted by a hiring manager, followed by a virtual and in-person interview for the position. The virtual interview was with one person, however the in-person interview was with 6 individuals from the office one at a time. Although it was a little intimidating, I think overall it shows that the company takes each candidate seriously by taking time out of so many employees' day to interview a potential new hire. Overall, the in-person interview process was fantastic, each person brought a unique perspective about the company, and they each asked questions that gave a great introduction to the company and its culture. The whole process, was timely, respectful, and pleasant, It did not feel like a test, it was a genuine attempt to get to know the candidate as much as possible before making an offer. I think the way Suffolk conducts its interview process is a great reflection of how the company operates as a whole.
