As a co-founder of Summit Group Solutions Iâm very disappointed that your initial experience with us did not meet your expectations. We strive to add value and advance the career path of every candidate that we work with. Obviously, we canât control job options in the market or the timing of those options, but we pride ourselves on consistent, open communication.
To directly address what seem to be your two main concerns:
1. The job descriptions on our site are provided by our clients and are active, open positions that our clients have requested our assistance in filling.
2. The review process for resumes/candidates can take a varying amount of time based on the business cycles and urgency of our diverse client base. We do our best to communicate those variations but you are ALWAYS welcome and encouraged to reach out to our recruiters with any additional questions that you have and weâll do everything in our power to address those.
