I had a final interview with the team, and the overall interview experience felt very positive. The interviewers were encouraging and mentioned that I would receive an update with a decision by Friday.
However, after the interview, I received no response at all. I sent follow-up emails to both HR and the hiring team, but never heard back from anyone.
I completely understand that companies may choose other candidates, but professional communication and closure are still important parts of the candidate experience. Being ghosted after a final interview was honestly disappointing.
