very quick, only one interview with managers, asked pretty basic questions, easy interview. there was an initial phone screening with the recruiter, then an online test was required, followed by an interview with two managers

describe a situation were you rectified a problem for an upset customer
Went through an initial screening call, online "self-paced" interview, then one more zoom interview, along with 2 assessments and one personality test before getting an offer. Questions asked were situational mostly. They also require a background check and fingerprint scan test prior to getting hired.
