Interview
Lot's of probing questions and situational questions. First an interview with HR and they are not entirely certain what the role is really about. The job ad was outdated. Then 2 interviews in the office.

Interview
3 interviews, recruiter, manager, VP. Wa dragged out even when they knew there was another job offer on the table. They were not willing to negotiate pay or vacation time
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sun Life (Taguig) in Nov 2023
Interview
I applied through Jobstreet. I was scheduled for an interview but TA didn't advise me that it will be a panel interview, 7 Managers to be exact! I passed the initial interview, passed the HR Hiring interview, passed the Senior Manager Interview then I got my final interview with the Director. The schedule was every week. It's been more than 2mons since I had my initial interview, been more than a month since my final interview and no update since. I sent a follow-up message to the TA but I was told to wait. It's been two mons!

Interview
1st interview with recruiter by phone followed by 2 interviews with 2 interviewers each time. Very dry culture. The process was long, several weeks between interviews. After the final interview I never heard anything. Found out via their candidate website that my candidature wasn't selected. Terrible practice.
