Applied on portal, one week later, got an email from HR to setup an interview. Had a virtual face to face discussion with the HR. It went well and she said she would get back within a week. Well, a month and two follow up emails later, dead silence. I have been ghosted. I am now just waiting to get the automated email saying they moved on with another candidate. Please show some courtesy towards the people you connected with. This looks bad for an organization like yours.
