Saw an opening on internshala. Called the provided contact. Spoke to a future-colleague instead of the HR. Got called for an interview. They asked me to give a sample writeup as a part of the assignment. Sealed the deal. Joined immediately.

The HR was super friendly and asked general questions during the interview. Makes you feel relaxed. The company also makes you fill a form prior to the personal interview and makes you take a short test to test your general english skills.
