I worked as quantity surveyor and main responsibilities are take off quantities, sources for subcontractors, calling quotations, prepare comparison, arrange tender interview and tender clarifications, prepare LOA & WO, handle progress claim, certify the subcontractor's claim and preparation of payment certificates and payment respond, tracking and record VO, submit quotation and prepare claim.
