Screening by HR included basic questions such as salary expectations etc. Interview by the department/managers included a mock classroom presentation. They provide the curriculum. Interviewee needs to prepare powerpoint slides etc. If successful, there would be salary negotiations.

Interview
I attended an interview with the director of programme first followed by the director of programme again and HR manager. They are pretty nice people and didn't make the interview difficult for me. They asked general questions that are not too difficult for me. After the interview, I had to do a mock teaching where I had to do a 10 minutes presentation of a topic. A week later, the HR called to offer me the position.
