I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Superfly Insights (Beverly Hills, FL) in Feb 2023
Interview
Not very hard, lots of easy questions, lots of good things about it and people to talk to, a lot of growth opportunities at the same time as well, but for sure now what you'd expect
I applied online. I interviewed at Superfly Insights (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Jul 2021
Interview
First interview - Met with the CTO and had a mutual introduction. I mentioned I only have 2 days a week for interviews as I am employed. He said that as long as other companies I'm interviewing at get the same slice of time, it is fine.
After that, I received a home assignment, which I passed.
Next came peer interview - talking with the future team mates.
Next, came HR. The HR set an appointment.
She insisted on me coming to the office instead of zoom, and i told her it's hard because of the traffic. I suggested doing in in off rush hour time, and she couldn't find a suitable time.
I agreed anyway. Then she postponed, and I conviced her to do it over zoom.
She then summarized at the end of the interview that I should go and see the office. And then things stayed at this for two weeks without any contact. I asked after two weeks, and then they sent a generic email saying i didn't make get the job. I told them this not respectful way of doing things. On the return email, they blamed me for being hard to schedule. This is after i told them i had schedule problem, and the HR postponed my interview.
