did you have any previous experience as customer support?
You get an impression that nobody actually read your resume. You have to explain what you did twice for screeners and the technical interview. You do take the test in between, but the test is irrelevant to the process, because they will let you know that you are under qualified after the technical interview that takes place after the test.
Long, some tests for language and to check your laptop and internet pretty easy, then did an AI interview where i was asked a lot of different questions.
