This was the worst interview experience I've ever had. The initial phone interview with HR was basic, but the real issues started in the second round with the Sales Manager. He was 30-40 minutes late, and after I reached out to HR, they just told me to 'wait in the lobby.' When the manager finally arrived, the interview was poorly organized. He had to leave the camera for 3 minutes out of a 7-minute interview to find a new room, as the space we were in was needed by others. The interview was abruptly cut short, and I was told they are only doing 10-minute interviews for all candidates. The whole experience felt rushed and unprofessional.
