Interview
After receiving an invitation for an interview, the manager will usually wait for you at the store in the morning and try out the job straight away, which involves sushi hand roll making and cashiering, and inform you of the result on the same day.

What would you do if a kid asked you for sushi and he didn't have any money?
They asked me to do some basic stuff and observe my working attitude, clear instructions were given. A short and quick trial, about 3 hours. The leaders are friendly and helpful.
