smooth procedure and clear norms..first is hr interview and then there is a typing speed test....i did not get the offer letter as i was not comfortable with night shifts at that time.

In the initial interview they will be assessing you and what you know regarding the position. After initial, you would be asked to perform a mock call where they will see how you will handle the call and your vocabulary. Lastly, in the final interview you will be asked some personal question.
