Normal interview process with typical questions like tell me about a time xyz time you had to do x. Also, why do you want to work for SVB? Questions like are you open to taking on more challenging tasks etc.
A few rounds of interviews with the basic questions. Phone call, followed by zooms. The interview was nothing crazy, however they mentioned they spend alot of time in classrooms to start.
