Interview
My initial interview was with the VP of Marketing. The conversation seemed overall positive and I was asked if I would be free for the week. However, after the initial interview I was ghosted. I understand that timelines change and I may not have been the first choice, but clear communication and mutual respect go a long way. Especially coming from a higher up in the marketing/sales department, communication is vital to their job description. An update of any sort would have been appreciated.
Overall, the interview process felt disorganized due to lack of follow-through. Compensation was also discussed and was below market value too.

Had a good initial conversation with Josh Glider, who mentioned setting up a second interview with a technical colleague during the call. He indicated he would follow up with times, but I didn’t receive further communication despite following up after the call. #ghosted
Short and through an external recruiter. It was a bit off putting because the recruiter USED to work there. However they were unable to answer some basic questions about benefits.
Thanks for sharing this feedback. Sorry to hear the experience felt a bit off - that’s not what we want for anyone engaging with SwiftComply. We sometimes work with external recruiters who know us well, including a few former team members, but we clearly need to ensure they have all the right info, especially around benefits.
