SwissWatchExpo interview questions

Good, the management was nice and professional. I did not like the environment as no one there looked happy to be there. There was no music or background noise it was complete silence and the vibe felt very uptight and not a place I personally would enjoy working at. Still, the interview was good and seemed like a good job other than the factors listed that I personally did not enjoy.

So I was supposed to have an interview with the chief operations officer . I get into the zoom interview and she isn’t there. 20 minutes go by and I have to email her to ask her where she is. She then proceeds to email me back and tell me she can’t get her internet to work and that we need to re schedule an interview in two weeks. I wonder how long I would have waited there had I not reached out to her….. Well two weeks goes by and I email her about a reschedule and then she proceeds to tell me I’m not the right candidate. I never received an message for an interview then didn’t get one. She basically lead me on to believe I had a chance at this job. Very unprofessional especially when people really need jobs. I’ve never been told I was going to get an interview and the person was basically not prepared to give the interview and just gave up on it. Worst experience ever. Do better!
