In depth questioning of your scientific knowledge, requires a detailed presentation. Often in 3 stages, A tour where you will be assessed on personality and liklihood of fitting in. An in depth technical interview and then a presentation.

I was contacted by an HR representative who performed an initial screening (right to work, notice period, why I applied, expected salary and CV experience), then I had 1h phone interview with the VP.
